Inclusive learning and guidance

English as an Additional Language

English is the language of instruction. Families should disclose languages spoken at home when applying.

Inclusion and Students of Determination

Practice aligns with Federal Law 29, the Dubai Inclusive Education Policy Framework and inclusive education directives.

Guidance and counselling

The Head of Inclusion coordinates guidance and support, including provision for high achievers, gifted pupils and English language learners.

Parent identification is required at collection. Families should follow current school communications if timings are updated.

Attendance and wellbeing

  • Repeated lateness is followed up by the school.
  • More than 10 absence days in a term or 20 days in a year may affect progression under applicable rules.
  • Planned absence outside school holidays requires written notice.
  • Report illness through Seesaw or Reception; after two days, the school may require supporting health documentation.
  • During extreme weather, the Principal may declare indoor or restricted break arrangements and communicate through Seesaw.
