Deposits and discounts

New registration deposit

10% of total tuition. It is non-refundable and deducted from annual tuition fees.

Re-registration deposit

5% of total tuition for existing pupils. It is non-refundable and offset against annual tuition.

Sibling discount

10% for the second child and 15% for the third child.

Founding Fee benefit

Pupils registered with the Founding Fee retain those benefits while continuously enrolled at GPS.

Payment and confirmation

Fees may be paid by cheque, credit card or cash at the school accounts office, by direct bank transfer, or through an online payment link provided by the accounts team.

Payment confirmation is sent by email within 24 hours of receipt. Bank transfer references should clearly state the child’s name, and senders should cover bank charges.

Refund principles

  • Registration, deposit and re-enrolment payments are non-refundable.
  • Before the academic year, the first-term balance is refundable except registration and deposit amounts.
  • Up to two weeks of attendance: one month of tuition is charged.
  • More than two weeks but less than one month: two months of tuition are charged.
  • More than one month: the full term is charged.
  • Eligible refunds return to the original payment method and may take 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank.
