- Parent names in English and Arabic, contact numbers, email, address, work and nationality
- Academic year applying for: 2025-2026
- Pupil names in English and Arabic, date and place of birth, gender, religion and grade applying for
- Previous school information, sibling information and Ministry of Education ID where available
- Pupil passport, residence visa, Emirates ID and supporting attachments
