The KHDA app supports the digital parent contract process for each child.

Install the KHDA app on your mobile device.

Create your account using your Emirates ID.

Choose and retain a secure account password.

Review and sign the contract for each enrolled child.

Ghaf Private School

Open the school’s official KHDA directory listing.

Ensure your child attends every day, arrives on time and is ready for lessons.
Support home learning and reading, particularly from FS1 to Year 3, and encourage research skills.
Encourage friendship and celebrate diversity of nationality, culture and belief.
Reinforce respectful language and behaviour at school, on transport and while wearing school uniform.
Support participation in after-school and co-curricular activities.
Raise wellbeing or friendship concerns with the Inclusion Leader or Child Protection Officer.
Contact the Inclusion Leader when your child may need additional support.
Do not ask teachers to provide private home tutoring.
